Role

Digital Designer

An architect of innovative retail solutions for the world's most influential consumer brands, partnering with Amazon, Walmart, Target, Costco, Best Buy and Wholefoods.

Challenge

PLTFRM, a partner to major retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Whole Foods, needed a way to showcase the full breadth of its business offerings in a way that was easy for different client types to navigate. They lacked a central hub that organized their multiple business funnels, making it difficult for prospective clients to discover the right solutions. The challenge was to create an intuitive information architecture that guided users to relevant services without distracting them with unrelated offerings.

Approach

As a designer on the project, I helped establish foundational brand design elements, including typography, color palette, logo applications, and motion guidelines. Using these new brand codes, I designed a web experience that created distinct hubs for each business area, giving clarity and structure to PLTFRM’s digital presence. The design emphasized simplicity and discoverability, ensuring that potential clients could easily find what they needed.
